i bought these to use as sweater clips - however, the grippers were not very strong and easily came undone.

I love the clasps I received! So very pretty! I would give a 5 star but two of the clasp are hard to open! Other then that I have no complaints! Love how I can change the way my outfit looks by just adding the clasps to my shawl or sweater.

While based on the price of this collection, I did not expect fine jewelry, but I was surprised and disappointed when one piece fell apart as I took it out of the package. The clips on three other pieces are so stiff as to render them unusable. The pieces themselves are larger than I imagined based on the picture. The gold pieces are too garish to use, although my great granddaughter might like to use them on her princess capes. If you are looking for a simple, subtle sweater clip that is easy to use, DO NOT BUY THESE!

In the winter time, I wear sweaters all of the time to work. I use these to keep the sweaters (without buttons) closed. I have gotten so many compliments on clips. Thank you

We used these little clips and chains during the fifties and sixties for sweaters. With so many sweaters today having no buttons I found these wonderful to keep my sweaters closed while walking and they are pretty. The straight more solid ones are a touch heavy but very nice anyway. I get a lot of comments on them and I've given them as gifts.
