Great Aid
This gives me the perfect amount of support for my wrist and elbow. I suffer from tennis elbow and it seems like it has really held me back from training on handsprings or twisted grip moves and entries. This has given me enough support to train without pain in both my wrist and elbow - and it's very, very grippy for the pole!!! The tack is starting to wear off - but I only use this when I am training certain things.

Have decent support but did not help with actual grip on the aluminum pole.

Product was cheaply made. I used the gloves once and they fell apart. I do like the fact that they replaced them right away. Love the company not the product
