Not Consistently The Same Pillow
I have purchased this product twice now. The first is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It is large, firm, and balances temp well. The second was lower quality and not quite what I wanted. The fabric is lighter and the filling is more scratchy. It will do the job, but it does not feel properly temperature balancing. It's just.. a pillow. I'm not sure what happened, but it's definitely not the same quality. I hope you get the sort I received the first time and not the second.

Turns into a flat lumpy mess in less than a year but I love it
It's not a personal air conditioner but it does always feel cooler to me than other pillows. Warmer? No. it starts out very fluffy but becomes flat over time. I actually still like it. It molds nicely under my head and neck regardless. It's not a supportive pillow at all but for how I sleep - on my back with other pillows around it at a diagonal, it's very comfortable!

Pillows are awesome my sister and I are going through menopause together and these pillows are the best not only do they keep you feeling cooling they are so soft and VERY comfortable, I will be ordering two more these pillows are awesome JUST LOVE THEM!!!

Don't waste your money.
I bought this pillow because my boyfriend is a human heater and I was hoping it would help balance that out. I have woke up even hotter since I started using it. Even nights when he isn't here.

Disappointing
Soft pillow, but too soft for a side sleeper. Got lumpy after about a month of use. Disappointing.

Cool as the other side of the pillow
This pillow is awesome! It's fluffy, but not too fluffy, and is quite comfortable. Great price for what is a well made pillow.

Great Pillow!
Its a very comfortable pillow but I haven't had the opportunity to see if the temperature balancing works. So far I am pleased!

Better Still
Not much better than my current Walmart pillows, but better still. Not sure about the technology, but it is comfortable and stays cooler about 20 minutes longer than my normal pillows.
