Llewellyn's 2014 Magical Almanac: Practical Magic for Everyday Living (Llewellyn's Magical Almanac)

I buy this book every year. And I keep all of my old copies. I never throw them out. All of them are full of not just your basic almanac information, but also spells and stories that can be read and used even years after the almanac is out of date. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is a practicing witch, or who even one who is wanting to live a slightly more witchy lifestyle, or buy it even to learn about a witch's daily life, in this day and age.

Better uNdestanding

I bought this and the 2013 edition for my daughter who is a collector of these volumes. Now she has every one since 2002. She's really enjoys this series and is proud of her collection. Her friend starting thumbing through this not having seen one before and he, too, very much enjoyed what he saw. "cool" and "different" were just a couple of the words he used to describe it. It makes me happy to make my daughter happy!

It's been a while since we subscribed to the Magical Almanac and are pleased to find that the 2014 edition contains the same high caliber of interesting articles and the same variety as Almanac editions of years ago. No matter which page you turn to in the 2014 edition, you'll learn something of interest to make life more appealing, prosperous or magikal!

Really useful book, I made the mistake in thinking there was something more to it. Please do not let that take away the gobbs of information in this book. Its practicality use to use and understand. Great book for your collection

Always packed with lots of great articles and useful information for timing everything from planting gardens to getting haircuts, the Magical Almanac is a carry-around favorite of pagans everywhere. And while everything else is going up in price, the Almanac remains one of the best values you can find for the withy info you need to have a successful and happy year.

I usually get the Date Book but thought I would try the Magical Almanac,It is nice has lots of information and I enjoy it, but I really like the Date book better. Will most likely buy both next year

I learned a bunch in the few pages I read ... I'm sure I will enjoy reading this while sitting on the back porch this summer. 2 days delivery ... good price .. I am pleased

If you want something fresh to read... this is the series at Llewellyn's 2014 series... Vibrant and full of information throughout the year.

As always a great addition for 2014. I really love this almanac, such interesting and varied reading.

This little book is full of lots of informative little articles that are very easy to read and provide diverse and interesting reading.Does not need to be read chapter by chapter.

This was bought for my husband and he loves it. I get this book every year. He is a wiccan.
