If you get this and you have thin hair the prongs will pop out. I have thick hair and they still pop out a bit. This product would be perfect for thick curly hair. Otherwise, I adore this magic comb and it’s very sturdy. Worth the money for sure.

Excellent quality and pretty. This is not a cheap looking comb. I worried about the metal teeth bending like the usual ones you get in the drugstore. No way! They have looped ends so they do not scrape or stick into your scalp, and the doubling of each tooth makes them good and sturdy. It is pretty enough to even wear for a dressy occasion. It holds my hair firmly all day long, even through mat exercises.

I am 50 ish and had short thick hair most of my life until about 10 years ago. I now have nearly chin length hair, and I have to keep it up or it'll be in my face all day.I'm not special, but those baby plastic hair clips don't do it for me. What has worked is a giant Scuncii clip , which holds great, but the clip handles stick out and makes it hard to lie back in my chair or they bump against the headrest when I'm driving.I saw this and decided to get it - I had a gift card balance, otherwise I may have passed it by because I'm cheap. But I'll probably get another one because THIS THING WORKS.The combs are metal. The elastic is strong, and the whole thing feels really substantial. There is no clear elastic under those beads, it's more like a bungee cord.I was even able to get it in my hair without any bad words! So take it from me, if you have thick hair and want to keep it up, give this a shot.

Once it’s in, I like how it looks. I just find it very difficult to get around my super thick 4C hair. Guess I need to be stronger to stretch it further. I like their other colors also, so I will probably buy another.

Only had this product for a week but so far I love it! It is much better quality and made for people with thick hair. I use it to pin up my braids and twist and it works great. Has good stretch.

After I tried some different sharps and brands this is the best one,definitely worth the money and I will order them again

Hairzings are more costly than the knocks offs - but worth every penny.I have fine, thin hair and I was worried about this clip because of the wide tooth combs. But in fact it holds GREAT. All day comfort and hold. Great product.
