A miracle for heat rash and fungal infections
This was the ONLY product that quenched a heat persistent 2-month heat rash that kept recurring, spreading and not responding to medications. The rash relief was immediate and was practically cured by the third day. I am truly amazed and very thankful. I tried so many other products (antifungals, zinc oxide, tea tree oil, rash/eczema creams, burn creams, calamine lotion, essential oils, A&D ointment, steroid creams, you name it - but this was the only one that cooled the redness and deactivated the raised bumps and sores. Honestly, its the holy grail of products and I will always keep some on hand. I am very grateful this product is available - and that it ships quickly on amazon.

I swear by this ointment! Years ago my sons pediatrician recommended this after many other ointments had failed to clear up my sons diaper rash. IT WORKED WONDERS!!!! Even on my dad’s bed soresyears ago and now on my bedbound mother’s bottom. I’ve tried others recommended by drs as well as hospice but this is the one that I keep coming back to!

Best diaper rash cream, hands down! I’ve fostered 21 drug addicted babies and this is the only cream that keeps their booty from getting rashes! It’s pink and best applied with one of those spatula thingys! Must have if you’re a foster parent!

Not like the old Resinol I used to buy. It has quite a different texture and smell but seems to do the job adequately.
