Q: Does anyone have a link for the tuning chart for this instrument and/or videos of it being played?

Here you go: http://www.mid-east.com/Persian-Santoor-Guide.pdfThere are 6 sets of strings that are tuned to 'semi flats'. In case you're not familiar with that, it's halfway between the natural note and the flat. For example Bb is 100cents below B, which means Bd (semi flat) is 50 cents below B (or 50 cents above Bb).
