So it started with 8 of the 17 plastic nozzles cracked in the package. Off to the hardware store for some good brass replacements. Good to go. It sorta lasted one season and then the hoses started expanding and falling off the misters. I got some replacement tubing and repaired the few sections. 2nd season, total system failure. Just about every section of tubing was dangling loose. It was at that point I tried to get it replaced under their 4 year warranty.I have experienced the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. 2 emails and 3 phone messages, all ignored. How do they remain in business with this poor of service? If you are looking for a mister system, go to the hardware store and piece one together. At least that way it may last more than 2 years before a complete failure. And, you will know it is done right and you're not at the mercy of an under qualified engineer that does inferior design, and a company that won't stand behind their product. Don't waste your money here.

When I put it up, there were 2 of the misting nozzles broken. Thank goodness they had 3 extra in the box. Used it for about a week and another nozzle broke. After 1 month of use an additional 4 misting nozzles broke. The nozzles are made of cheap plastic and they crack easily. I'm slowly replacing them with brass nozzles...which I found online for $2 each. By the time I get through replacing all the nozzles, I will have spent about $65 on the unit total. Hopefully the lines hold up. I will not purchase again unless they sell with brass nozzles. I regret purchasing this one.
