Loses edge quickly, but good to learn with before splashing out on expensive products.
Comfortable to hold and control, but steel is not hardened and require sharpening after every use. Would recommend for those who wish to try their hand at carving for the first time, but not for the intermediate or advanced user.

Good for beginners.
Decent beginners knives, quite sharp but you need to keep on top of that. Not sure about the gloves but a very good idea to include them in the set for first timers. The strop is also a nice inclusion.

absolutely fantastic value
bought the three knife set with gloves and stropdid not expect much but as i wanted a bowl knife thought i would take a risk, so glad i did.just as good as more expensive knives and getting a set for less than the price of one branded knifearrived very sharp, which is always a plus, seem to hold an edge nicelyto be honest for this money dont even hesitate to buy it you will not regret itgot it next day delivery as well
