Despite the fact that the material is thin and comfortable the compression is more than adequate on your arm and elbow. The elastic traction band at the upper end of the sleeve keeps it from sliding down regardless of your activity level of activity. Be aware that you are only ordering one sleeve, not two as I wrongfully assumed. I wore it for 12 hours during my night of work and the compression and position on my arm was more than adequate. Not bulky and can easily be worn under a long sleeve garment without being obviously visible or the least bit uncomfortable. Good quality material with a little added benefit of an extra layer of warmth for aching lower arms and elbows.

So I've had rheumatoid arthritis for close to 15 years now and my elbow has become what seems to be a casualty of the disease. My last MRI showed nearly no cartilage left. Anyway, so it's been pretty crappy dealing with the pain and swelling. Although very skeptical, I bought this brace because...well...because I'm growing pretty desperate.When I first received it, I was actually somewhat surprised about how thin it was. I slipped it on and it fit pretty tight which was to be expected. About 20 minutes into wearing it, my elbow began to hurt. I contemplated taking it off but I actually just ended up falling asleep with it on. When I woke up the next day, I felt noticeably better. The pain in my elbow was at a manageable level and the swelling was also lower. Its only been one day but so far so good.Can I get the same effect with some other brace? Maybe. All I know is that I am at a much better place right now in regards to my pain level and I need to stop writing this review so I can enjoy the day!Update: Its been 5 days since I started wearing the sleeve and so far so good. I have only taken it off to take showers and pretty much put it back on almost immediately. The elasticity is still good and my pain level is still manageable. Not that I mind but the copper compression insignia however, is starting to come off. Also, the upper part of my arm gets pretty itchy due to how tight it fits. I just started moving it to different levels around my bicep. Other than that, I still think the sleeve is worth it. I want to say that the compression is helping more so than the copper. But im going to wear it as long as it keeps my pain levels down.Update: Its now been over 2 weeks since I purchased this sleeve. I've worn it everyday and it has totally helped support my elbow and decreased the pain as well. However, I now notice that the sleeve is nowhere near as tight as before which is a bummer because I truly feel that the key attribute to this sleeve was the compression that it provided. It still works but not as well as it did. For that, I'm dropping it a star.

Veryyy good product

My arm almost instantly felt better, but after a few days of wearing it, I don’t feel much of a difference. It might have been placebo. Also important note, I’m in fairly good shape. Toned, not skinny… and the medium is too big. I’m constantly pulling this up, it slides down to my wrist. Size down, ladies. It’s unisex. Medium guy arm is not a medium girl arm

I perform a lot of various yard projects. Between weeding, weed whacking, gardening and pruning my arm is not as good as it once was. This sleeve give me an extra bounce and spring to my elbow and arm. It’s comfortable and well made. Compression is great too! Size is perfect.

Just got this product a few days ago and it's already falling apart. I have only used it during the day for a total of about 10 or so hours. I was so excited because when I first put it on, it felt great! It made my arm feel warm and really made my elbow have less pain. However, after the first time, it has gradually not really done anything except make me feel like I have a compression stocking on my arm without helping..I guess the copper infused material has worn off? I don't know. The product emblem is already peeling off! I only received this a few days ago, I haven't slept in it, I haven't worn it all day, just a few hours. Waste of money, I will be looking into other products.

Good Product. Can be used by person with height more than 5.5 ft.for shorter people, it is a little high rise.
