How do I contact the seller? Bought this less than a year ago and it has cracked along the base, at the thickest part of the glass

I'd like to know also. Mine has a crack in it too and I cannot make any drinks as everything leaks out. This is an inferior product and should taken off the Amazon site. I see that several people have made same complaint.

What are the dimensions of the actual product? I only see package dimensions.

It’s about 6 inches tall with an 11 inch circumference. The glass bottom is about 1 inch thick.
