I installed this to supply an outside tap to hose down a dog. Yes, I could have just used the cold water tap that we already have but warm water moves the dirt easier and the dog loves it!Temperature adjustment is quite sensitive but appears to be stable when running. It does take a second or so to stabilise if you turn the tap off and then on again but it's only a small temperature change and you get used to it.Only gave it 4 stars because the small plastic strainers that go in the hot/cold inlets don't fit if you're using plastic pipe with inserts but that's a small detail really and doesn't affect the overall operation.Would I buy another if I needed it - yes.

I bought this to fit an outside tap that supplies warm water to wash my dog. The price is spot on and the quality is excellent.I was able to install it in a couple of hours behind the sink in my kitchen and I used plastic pipe for all my connections.My wife is happy and the dog loves his outdoor spa.

Everything was ok and able to fit exactly like the old mixed tap.

Bought this for a dog shower. I plumbed it up inside and then connected the mixed pipe through to a new outside tap with a hose on it. It does the job great after turning the temperature down a little!We've got quite weak hot water pressure due to a gravity fed system, but this works perfectly. The output is a nice constant temperature.
