Does Not Function, Impossible to get support
I purchased this watch to check out whether I might like using a smartwatch. It did not function as expected when I received it. I contacted the seller for technical support and eventually to request a refund, and was always stalled, asked for photos of the problem (how I'm supposed to provide photos of it not functioning, I have no idea) and eventually just went silent.
