Now Foods, (2 Pack) Water Out, Fluid Balance, 100 Veggie Caps

Every once in a while I feel bloated. I take these on those occasions. I like these as the brand name means good quality. Works well. Easy to swallow. Natural ingredients. I know what is going into my system. No taste. Very good value for the money for my purpose. I will be buying again.

Pretty good stuff. Effective at removing excess bloat from your body by pulling water from fat cells and flushing it out through your urine. I also like that the ingredients are natural. Please note though that this is not a good long-term solution for weight loss. I only use these once in awhile for one-off "emergency" situations where I need to look my best on short notice.These work best if you take them for 2 days before any date where you want to look a little thinner (wedding, photo/ film shoot, etc.), but cease taking them as soon as the event/day is over. The product works like its supposed to but you should know that headaches (sometimes severe) are a common side-effect of dehydration. You shouldn't blame the pills for that though- just be willing to pay the possible price of headaches for your vanity lol.

This is not a diuretic so if you are expecting to take a couple of capsules then, afer a couple of hours, make innumerable trips the the bathroom, you will be sadly disappointed. This formula works exactly as advertised, i.e. It supports a fluid balance. .. Gently. I take two (not four) capsules a day at approximately the same time which pretty much keeps me from retaining water unless I go overboard on the cheese. In other words, don't expect to eat a bag of chips and flush away excess fluid with a couple of capsules. Watch your salt intake and Water Out will do the rest.Believe me, i can tell the difference if I miss a day.

My wife has used this product now for 2 years .It takes the place of a harmful perscription drug and works well. The prescription drug had many side affects . This product has none and works well.

This is a wonderful product to use when water retention becomes a problem. Unlike water pills, there are no long term side effects and it is a safer alternative to most otc durgs. When I go to the local market to get it, it's always out of stock. They literally cannot keep it in stock because it is so popular. Thank you for filling my order so promptly

I like NOW products, they are "clean". I was on a prescription diuretic. I really got tired of going to my doc, then to the pharmacy just to obtain my medicine. I decided to try this product and so far, so good :-) It seems to be working, I don't feel swollen, no adverse side effects. My next check up will tell all.

I like to do things as natural as possible. My doctor recommended this product instead of the prescribed pharma water pill. This works better for me. I've met another person who says the opposite, but if a prescribed water med isn't working as expected, this could be a good purchase.
