Absolutely brilliant - I have two and can’t complain. I did make my own foam bit as I need lots of various sizes and the one that comes with is not great but that’s not the end of the world - the Turner works brilliantly!!

Dreadful product. I didn't even manage to get through decorating 1 cup before it failed.I managed to assemble it all without any issues, but when I got to the point of inserting the metal rod, there is no indication if there is a right way or a wrong way. Plus the hole in the support bracket was very tight for the rod to fit through.There doesn't appear to be anything to lock the rod in place to keep it rotating.When I switched it on it seemed to work OK.So I set my cup up on the turner (the supplied roll of foam is next to useless) with plenty of duct tape to secure it and started working.Before I had even finished decorating the 1st cup the turning rod kept stopping. The motor and turning 'cog' were both still rotating as they should, but the rod just kept getting stuck. Most likely because there is nothing for the rod to lock into inside the turner.Both ends of the rod are smooth, it really needs a better design.Item returned.

Really good product. Came a day late which was not the best but it was super easy to put together. I didn't receive the adapter which was promised in the listing. There is sticky foam included which goes around the turning pole and you can adjust how thick you want it by rolling it around itself. Overall satisfied with the product just not happy that it hadn't come with the adaptor.

I’m just starting out making glasses and tumblers. I ordered 2 of these machines.First of all the picture on the box is different and a different colour but the product is the same as the picture on Amazon. When I went to assemble to product the pictures on the box were the only thing to go with at first so I had to come online to look at the picture on my order to ascertain how it went together. Once I’d figured it out it was easy to put together in no time at all.It comes with foam tape to cut to size for the end which goes in your cup but I bought extra foam ends of different sizes to use. The pole is quite thin so had to add some strips of the foamTo be able to use the other foam ends as their holes were designed for thicker poles.On my first go everything went well, however after a few hours the little screws in the end had loosened and the rod had stopped turning. I’ve had to retighten themTwice now as the rod also stated making its way out. Think it would have been better with a pin through the rod to keep it in place.Overall though it is good value for money and I would buy more even with a couple of issues which are more a pain that a big issue.

I’ve been looking for one of these for a long time and couldn’t find one anywhere ~ thank you ~ now hopefully I can get one next week!! OMG ~ HAVE BOUGHT THE PINK ONE ~ THIS IS THE BEST DEAL ON HERE ~ I WILL NOW BE GETTING MANY MANY MORE OF THESE ~ AND I WILL TRY THE BLUE ONE ALSO!!

Very poor quality! no clear instructions for putting the item together and it’s not even the same as the one shown in the photos! Not only that but the printing on it is all faded which is pretty concerning considering it is the warning label and the specifications which to me makes it look pretty dodgy not sure if I trust leaving it on for long periods of time. May return and go elsewhere

You have to put the machine together your self.the foam that comes with the machine is very disappointing, it’s about 2 inches wide About 3 mm thick and about a meter along all done up in a roll. most of the other machines come with chunky foam ready for cup to fit on.
