Excellent product; exceptional service from the shipper (Executive Appliance)
The range is of a very high quality. My expectations were high and, so far, the quality has surpassed them. What was really exceptional, though, was the service--from the shipper, Executive Appliance. Less than three hours after placing the order, I received a call from Robert at E.A., checking in to see if I had any special needs or concerns. We subsequently had a problem with the trucking company (no fault of the shipper), and Robert went out of his way to help and make things right. It was old-fashioned customer service at its best. I would absolutely purchase the Verona range again--and recommend it to others. I purchased the 30" model and only wish I had space for the larger (36") version. very well made and looks good
Nice gas stove. Had a hell of a time changing the burner orifices to propane. Very hard to reach in the oven.My only negative is the door for the warming compartment has no proper grip and slams against the floor when you open it because there's nothing to hold on to.Stove cooks really well once you get used to the very hard to read indicator marks.

Love the Range, and the Customer Service Experience was even better!
One of the BEST purchasing and customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Within an hour after placing my order, I got a phone call from Robert who clarified exactly how the process would work, estimated delivery dates, and provided his number if I had any questions. The range arrived in perfect condition, was unpacked and checked, and we absolutely LOVE it. I did end up having a question, and Robert immediately jumped in to help, and even went above and beyond to check other sources. This is a top notch seller, and a great product. Great Range, but Poor Design for Broil
If you are someone who broils a lot, this is not the range for you. All of the heat is vented out the front of the range, just below all of the dials. This means that all of the dials get ridiculously hot and it will burn you. It does not do this for the bake. Everything else about this range is amazing. And the other comments about the great service from Executive Appliance is 100% true. I would definitely buy from them again.
