Good Company
Good description of the Japanese way of life, while good art. A real page turning had to put it down again and again.Jim Wiinholt

I first heard of this manga a few years ago when I got into Bakuman. Some sites compared them as they are both based around becoming a mangaka and following a path.I like the "norma"l size manga books because they match when on the shelve. Might sound stupid but I’m the same with video games and limited editions because all the cases are different sizes. Sounds stupid but I guess its an OCD thingI have never owned a hardback manga or an all in one before. Being my first I am very impressed. The book has a great solid feel, pages are thick quality paper. The front cover and spine are very good and feel nice.In terms of the manga itself I won't talk story or anything but I really enjoyed it. I wish there was a second volume as it was very interesting. One of my favourite genres of manga is slice of life. Art and diagloe was great. Once you started you just wanted to keep going to see what happened next.I don’t buy or collect much manga anymore, since completing Bakuman I haven’t bought anything. But these Jiro books might be something I’ll start collecting.
