Handy
Handy to remove corn from cobb. Nice weight to it. Not cheap feeling.

Easy to use and it strips the corn kernels from the cob, evenly cutting the kernels.
I liked the handle texture, which gave me a good grasp on the tool. The cutting blade is formed to fit the curve of the corn cob, and after getting it started it went through the corn kernels very easily. So easy that I had to lighten up my pressing down on the blade that met the corn kernels. I realized that a light touch worked best. I removed corn kernels form 16 cobs in about 10 minutes. The resulting mess was really not a mess at all, my hand got wet with the starchy liquid and I just had to wipe up the little corn pieces that were launched outside the bowl I was using. I am very pleased with the tool's performance and I especially liked the blade's plastic cover, it keeps the blade safe so it doesn't get chipped up while in my food tools drawer and keeps the blade from cutting fingers. So far I have no cons to talk about the tool.

Finally a tool that works
I've tried a variety of tools in the past to strip corn from the cob to freeze it. I eventually gave up trying to do so because nothing worked well. I decided to give it one more try with this tool, and I finally found one that works. The shape looked funny in the ad, but it turns out to be the perfect shape for a strong, comfortable grip. I have had several hand surgeries in the past, so now I have a weaker grip, and my hands get sore. However, with this tool I was able to strip the kernels from a half bushel of corn with no problem.

Safe & easy to use
I bought 2 different styles in hopes that 1 would work great for me! Did a side by side comparison on average sized ears of corn.I'm 8 weeks post op from hand surgery so ease of use is a BIG PLUS!I first used the one that you feed the ear thru the middle. It would only go 2 inches down the cob & then it stopped.Forcing it further was not safe and was impossible any how. Then tried the Corn Zipper.I loved the handle& how comfortable it was! The tool worked easily and after, was easy to clean! The safety cover is a bonus in my book too!I am looking forward to getting large ears of corn & being able to easily& safely removing the curnels now!

Perfect even for a Cornhusker
I just had a veneer put on my front tooth and they told me no eating corn from the cob… how can you tell a woman born and raised in Nebraska not to eat corn off the cob. I was so sad because this was right in the middle of good corn eating season. Haha… my uncle said this would work. I tested his out and bought one for myself. Rather have this than no corn off the cob.

Overall it does the job.
Great little invention/tool. However, I did find it extremely difficult to get one full good scrape of corn. Make sure to cut away from you instead of towards you (it won't work otherwise). I used a pot with tall edges, so that the corn wouldn't go everywhere after removing from the cob. It takes quite a bit of pressure, and it tough to do flawlessly. Overall, I was able to get the corn off of the cob as advertised -- but it was a lot of work, and usually took 2 scrapes per area to remove all corn.

Best Corn Cutting Tool I've Used
I thought it looked a little hokey, but for cutting sweetcorn from the cob and milking it, this is hands-down the best tool I've ever used. Great value for the price. I've got an OXO one and it was expensive and put to shame by this one. To milk sweet corn flip it over and use the other side. The shape is perfect for milking it without getting g hardened bits of cob.

Good purchase
Wife likes corn but hates to eat it off the cob. This did work well to shave off the pieces of corn
