Cards go in and eject easily, and never slip out accidentally. It ejects the cards about as far as in the picture, and fanned out so you can pick out the card you want easily. It's pretty durable, too; after having it for two months it looks as good as when I got it, no paint scratches despite sharing a pocket with my keys. And it is in fact RFID-blocking, tested by putting my work badge in it and trying to scan it; wouldn't read, which is good. Would recommend.
