Honestly, it’s so airy fairy it’s not worth $8. Should have been free. Throws in some "eastern" meditation, a couple of kumbaya moments & nothing that actually deals with realistic goals of womanhood and femininity and most certainly doesn’t talk about power.

All I can say is that this book was everythang! Amazing. Insightful- I can’t wait to put her practices to work!

One of the best books I’ve read- highly recommended.
