i think it works great. Gets hot quickly. I use it to make my hair tip extensions and i love it. It melts the keratin glue fast i really enjoy it.

Have used many hair extension tools and this one is just ok. It does the trick but there are better ones out there.

as a complete idiot when it comes to extensions, i started to play with my new loof toy: rebonding my old strands for future insertion. i struggled for a while to get the hang of it, and my rebonds came out fairly well for a first time. im sure i will get better and enjoy my tool even more.

did not receive the item pictured or described. But it does work. It did not come with instructions. You would think it would be self explanatory; but, it came with a stand that I have yet to figure out how it is used as well as a bag of 4 screws. I has 4 temperature settings and so is difficult to figure out which one to use. Requires some testing and wasting of extensions while you figure out what heat setting to use based one the type of extension you are using and the glue.

This wand continually shuts itself off and the intermittant times it does work it wont maintain the right temperature. This is the second wand from this brand I have purchased and I will not be purchasing another one. I will be returning the item.
