Worse than advertised!
Based on all of the reviews, I had high hopes for this projector. Unfortunately, the condition it arrived indicates that this unite was used, not brand new! See photos: side of the projector was chipped and scratches on the top. Sticker/tag at the bottom of projector was also pealed in the corner. The adjusting foot, in the bottom middle of the projector, came broken! It is dangling loose. Not sure if there were suppose to be adjusting screws/foot on each side at the bottom of the projector, but there were none. Instead, each foot looks dirty and as if there were adjusting screws on each of the foot, but not included in the shipment I received. Projecter foots also look deformed on a side. Remote control plastic wrap indicates that it has been opened in the past, see photo. Also typing using a remote control is very difficult (need a keyboard and mouse - can attach via usb, which isn't too bad). Projector lens came stained with what it seems finger prints! With regards to the projector picture quality, no matter how much I adjusted the focus, the center of the picture was fairly sharp, but the sides were somewhat blurry. I am very disappoint. Will be returning this projector.

Darkened Spot on Display & Cut Off Randomly!
Currently waiting to hear back about a darkened spot on the projection. Had it less than a month. 01/30/2019Heard back went to file a claim through Asurion Insurance, and I could not because the brand was not in the system. I called and spoke with a person and they too could not find the brand to enter the claim. Says they will contact me in three days because they have to have the product added to the system before they can file the claim.On 2/3 the projector randomly cuts off and does not turn back on. It turns on the next day but then cuts off after about 30 minutes. So I will be adding this issue to the claim. Haven't had the project for more than a month.

Just want a projector !!
This is the 2nd projector i purchased. This one was previously owned !! It was set up already for someone else So we had no idea how to set it up for ourselvesBesides we did not order a used unit.... The first projector we ordered came without a cord or instruction book And it was actually the wrong itemAll we want is a new projector with all needed supplies thank you !
