The 3+ year old headset was fine except the cover started pulling away from the base. This was an easy replacement. Remove the old cover, and pull off the foam. Putting the new cushion cover on took a little bit of effort but no big deal. The alignment on the new headset cushions elastic ring looked off center but once on you can't tell and it's secure. Just as comfortable as the original just more cushy I guess until I build up some call time with it. No complaints and I'd recommend if you need a headset cushion.

Have a Jabra Evolve 65 headset that I have been using during the covid period. The earpad come with the headphone was more like a foam type. The ear pad eventually worse off so I had to buy a replacement. These earpads fits perfectly onto the jabra headset and do not require you to double sided tape to stick onto the headset. It does not come strong chemical smell which is a good sign. The earpads are comfortable and the quality feels high.

Almost returned these because my experience was not the same as the demonstration video on Amazon. However, with a little ingenuity, I was able to retrieve the plastic piece from the old earpiece and make it work. For a generic replacement, I think it is good enough and certainly for the price it is worth it.

Fit My Jabra Evolve 20 to replace the deteriorating foam earpads.It was a little tricky to get them on by stretching them to fit in the groove to retain them but without tearing them, but was able to do and am happy with the fit and feel of them

It works well with Evolve 65 and is very easy to install.It doesnt come with instructions so keeo in mind1. You have to remove your original cover and sponge, yes sponge is glued so you have to rip it out.2. It doesnt need to be glued, there is a small cover that goes over the plastic.Design is different, but dont let that deter you. It works, it made my Evolve 60 usable again.
