I love this desk. I love the color, the pieces don’t feel as cheap as IKEA stuff does. It did take about 6 hours to put together, but it’s beautiful. It comes in 3 boxes and only 2 of the 3 came on the same day, but it was delivered by FedEx so that’s not surprising. Overall great purchase.

Usually, if you buy furniture from Amazon, you can count on it being cheaply made and flimsy. The Bush furniture is really nice and strong!Putting this together was definitely a bit of an undertaking but it was well worth the effort for how sturdy and nice this furniture is. The instructions are easy to follow and the assembly is easy, it just takes a little while.Major added bonus, BUSH customer service replaced damaged and missing parts with no question! One of the boxes came heavily damaged and missing pieces. When I reached out to Bush, they had the parts on the way that day.

I was very excited to order this desk for my new home office! Ordered the desk, delivery scheduled for that Friday at 6-9am. Delivery was postponed to Saturday 6-9am (fine ugh). Driver shows up Saturday with ONE out of three boxes- the tape on the box even states (deliver as a set of 3!) well I asked the driver where the other boxes were and he says that was it.I declined delivery and was told that’s fine, just sign the pad and we will take it back and process a refund within 24-48hours. Five minutes later he marks it delivered! Contact customer service advised to wait until Monday for status change and refund.Waited…waited. Back and forth with Amazon reps and chat support with no refund. One Amazon rep suggested to reach out to the company directly in lieu of a refund. Great idea! I really want the desk. I reached out to customer support for Bush to advise the situation, showed my receipt, chat transcripts with Amazon reps on next steps and photos and videos of the incident on Saturday. Bush says they don’t assist with orders from Amazon and if you order the item from Amazon they do not provide support, deliver missing pieces or replace anything under warranty!My recommendation is not to buy this item. The company doesn’t honor a warranty, missing pieces and not to mention DAVID MEABON with the company was extremely rude to me back and forth in emails despite giving all the proof of purchase and chat transcripts with videos.Amazon is not refunding me and tells me to contact Bush, Bush tells me to contact Amazon and I’m out $1,100 and NO desk!

I got the desk and was immediately in love with the colors!! It had couple of dents because of the movers not the company, I contacted customer service and so amazed by the service that’s why I took the time and reviewed them. Great product and wonderful service. Thank you

Very easy to assemble and beautiful once complete. Love the stand up desk and upgraded desk.

Upon opening the boxes for assembly, we noticed several nicks and chips in main boards. One Cosmetic Crack and a few pieces were broken or missing. Was able to assemble the desk still, but not happy with issues. Not only is is impossible to return d/t weight of 3 boxes, and the time it'll take. It works so hopefully it works a long time for how expensive it is.
