Laguna Water Prep - 67.5 Ounces

I run several household tanks for fish, snails, and an outdoor pond with koi, so I use this with everything when needing to condition new water. It does the job, and you don't need much to do the job. I also like the fact that it is a straight water conditioner, it does not contain the stress coat or other additives that other water preps carry. I don't need those additional things when tending my snails, nor when just making treatments of new plants and need to remove the chlorine or potassium permanganate treatments. And the fish haven't required any type of additive like that either. I used to be able to find this water prep locally, but now no longer, so I am very happy to find this on Amazon. The price is MUCH better than I was paying at our garden center, the only place that did carry it for awhile.

Put koi in next day! All is well and they are happy! Instructions didn't say how long to wait before adding fish. That would be helpful. Only needed a small amount compared to most additives. Love that. My pond is 1500 gallons

I purchased the water prep for a new fish pond I installed. The product arrived today. The plastic container was enclosed in a tied off plastic bag and the bag was filled with the blue water prep ! It was leaking. I cut the tied bag and poured the blue liquid into a tupper ware container. I poured the liquid back into the container and the container was still only 50% filled. In addition I had some kind of chemical reaction to my hands that I am concerned with. I checked closer and found that the cap was leaking as opposed to the bottle. Regardless. some flunky made the decision to place the container in a plastic bag and send the product. How can you do that to a customer? I have demanded a full replacement at no cost n ore shipment cost. I am anxious to see how this company treats its customer and will update the review. In addition I am also concerned about the chemical reaction to my hands due to exposure. Last, I had to throw out the tupper ware container. This is truly bizzare customer service.and treatment

What I needed is what they sent.

This bottle should last at least a year of bimonthly water changes with my 75 gallon tank. The cap isn't attached to the container permanently, but when shipped to me, there was a disposable plastic teather that keeps the two together that you can leave on or take off... it is handy to keep them attached. (I use a capfull with each water change.)

Have purchased multiple times for use in our 1,500 gallon Koi pond. Never lets us down and you need very little of the product to keep your fish safe and happy.

Great value for water conditioner. Got so tired of buying the tiny bottles locally.
