I love this sauce so much! When it comes to soy sauce in recipes I always substitute with this Ponzu sauce; works every time! For those not familiar, this is a very light soy sauce. Low sodium - even lower than "low sodium" options. It has the taste you'd expect from a soy sauce and yet carries its own flavor with a touch of lime. This product was introduced to me by a Japanese friend whom I hold dear. It is now a staple in my kitchen and goes well with many other things, even non-Japanese foods!

This product is just excellent. I can barely use any other now that I have used this one. If you like soy sauce, you'll just love this one!!!!!

I am stoked to use this for my yuzu duck ramen I am making this week. I plan to use a shoyu tare and I sampled this and blended it with my other shoyu sauces to gauge the final flavor. It has a assertive, biting, yet sublime citrus flavor, and not just a pretentious citrus flavor like Kikkoman's ponzu sauce. Just being honest!

Actually what I was looking for

This is my preferred Ponzu for cooking Japanese food. It has a great taste and mixes well with mirin and sake.

Pricey but good. Much better than the ordinary Ponzu sauce.

Can't beat this soy sauce! Couldn't find it in my local World Market where I've bought it for years - so ordered through Amazon. Great with chicken. Just put some olive oil in casserole dish, and pour over some of this soy sauce, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and sesame seeds @ 1 hour, 365 degrees. Delicious!
