Handful of Scandinavian Cheese by Gourmet-Food

I ordered this so I could get the Swedish Farmer’s cheese for my daughter-in-law, who’s missing her family in Stockholm. Instead, Australian Cheddar was substituted, with no explanation. How does that even fit in with “Scandinavian” anything???
