I made some super cookies with the product. Very good. Used before and love it but its a little too pricy for me on a liomited income. I get it when I can, THanks for a GREAT PRODUCT !

Tasty, healthy, and natural. We use it in every cake by replacing 1/3 of the wheat-flour on the recipe. The taste is great, an it is much healthier! I like this specific brand as they use unpeeled almonds

Having used super fine ground almond flours in the past (not from this company), I found the flavor comparable--so nutty and fresh--but the texture was coarser than the two I've used in the past. Ended up mixing it with tapioca flour to get the light texture needed for the pastry I was making. Now, this product worked well in a gluten free cookie recipe we make regularly and made a fabulous pie crust and crumble topping. Played with it by mixing it into an apple pie filling--good results. Glad we tried it and will continue to order now that we've learned its qualities.

Great product

I don't bake with almond flour. However, I do use it to dredge items for a flavorful topping, especially fish! It is less finely ground than other almond flours. I personally like that; it's nice to have some texture! It tastes delicious. Highly recommend!

I love this almond flour, it has very good taste and great texture, ideal for my almond coffee cake and my almond arepas! Highly recommended. The price is very reasonable as well.

It’s too finely ground. Looses all the almond texture to enjoy. Probably fine for some baking requirements but if you are looking to enjoy the taste as well as the texture this is probably not the one. If you requirements are to get the fine ground flour then yes this is the product for you!
