I get soooo many compliments on this bag. Easily fits my laptop with power cord plus a few file folders. (Definitely space to fit plenty more). It's also super durable. I've been using it daily for about a year and it still looks new.

This leather messenger bag is beautiful. It is large enough to carry a laptop, tablet, and many accessories. It has a carry handle and a shoulder strap which is removable. There is a large interior section, an organizer section, and a third slim section for various items. It also has a zipper pocket on the back. The bag smells very much like genuine leather but there is no stamp saying it is genuine. I truly believe it is but am perplexed as to why it isn't labeled as such. There is plenty of room to stamp it.Anyway, the leather is distressed, making it even more eye catching in my opinion. Mine does have some scratches on it which I hope will rub out with some good leather wax. The bottom is flat so this bag stands and doesn't plop over when set down. It has a large flap in the front that locks but no inside zippers. I do feel the interior should have a bit of padding. It has only what appears to be suede dividers. A laptop could take a beating if one were to drop the case. I put my laptop in a neoprene sleeve before I put it into this case and that solves the issue of no padding.This is definitely one of the more beautiful looking (and smelling) laptop/briefcases I have seen. If not for the scratches here and there, it would be flawless. I am giving it 4 stars because I do feel it should have a bit of padding, because it was scratched up the moment it came to me, and because it is not stamped Genuine Leather which it absolutely should be. You can smell that leather smell a mile away. Other than those things,. this is a heck of bag for men or women. It can hold and organize a lot and looks so classy. It is sturdy so I think it will hold up well. Just be sure to apply some leather protector to the bag before you use it so it doesn't get scratched or stained then enjoy the compliments you get while carrying it.

Very nice looking. I gifted it to my boyfriend who is a teacher. He loves the bag. Just worried about the treatment that's on the leather and if it will stain clothes.

My daughter and I decided to start a small jewelry business. We have a lot of files that we need to keep stored in a place that is easy to get to, easy to use, stands up on its own, yet is not too big. When I saw this satchel bag, I was hoping it would be perfect. Let's take a look..WHAT IS THIS LIKE?This satchel is just like the photo. It is very stiff which means that it stand up on its own. The leather is VERY thick. There are two handles.HANDLESThe top handle is thick and easy to carry. It is strong and sturdy. It is put on in such a way that the weight of the contents won't pull the handle off the satchel easily. The strap that comes with this has an interesting hook system which allows you to put it quickly on the loops on the sides. That allows for shoulder, or cross body carrying.CLASPThe clasp is a strong metal clasp which stays shut nicely. There is a piece of leather to help pull the clasp apart when opening.LININGThe lining is a very sturdy twill fabric. It seems to be extremely sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. The lining is done perfectly. The construction is HIGH QUALITYPOCKETS AND SECTIONSThere is a zipper pocket on the back wall of the satchel. The pocket goes to the bottom of the back piece so it is deep. There are three sections which have a lot of room in there for a laptop, files, and other storage necessary.CREDIT CARD HOLDERThe front section has four sections which are sewn perfectly for credit cards and other plastic cards. It is sewn so that the cards are all visible in each pocket- very nicely done. Each pocket can hold two or three cards if necessary.PEN AND PHONE HOLDERThere are two loops for pens and they can hold a pen that is fairly large so they are not too small. They are leather and do not stretch. there is also a phone pocket out of leather which is large enough for a small smart phone, but a larger phone might have to be put into the back pocket.EASE OF USEThis is a great satchel. We can put all of our bank folders in there, paperwork, laptop to work on the website, our cards we need, as well as paperwork for at least a year or two of business. If it takes off, we will get a larger container. When you put this down, it stands up and does not slouch down or fall down. I LOVE THAT FEATURE.WIDTH OF BOTTOM PIECEThe bottom piece allows for this satchel to expand at least 3 inches or a bit more.CARE?I plan to keep this well oiled with neatsfoot oil- the same stuff they use for baseball mitts.THE BOTTOM LINEFor a very sturdy HEAVY DUTY satchel that stands up, has great storage space and is beautifully made, this is fantastic. I have to say we are both very impressed with it and it will serve us well as we start our fledgling business. The is great for any business person who is hard on items. The look, layout and feel of this briefcase were perfect. However the quality and craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. I have used this briefcase twice (thanks to covid) and the sticking that holds all of the handles and straps on are coming apart. Luckily I noticed it in time to return the item. If they get the quality up, I would definitely purchase a replacement.

It broke after one month of use! All I carry is a folder and a laptop and stitching feom handle came off. Other than that I loved it! Just sad now cus can’t use it.
