Leadership: Theory and Practice, 7th Edition

I rented this book for my Effective Leadership class at DePaul University... I've decided to pay the $55 extra dollars and keep it. It's a really good book, it's well written, it has great case studies to apply what you've learned, and I think it will help me to frame my thoughts and plans in the future. If you rent it you might decide to just buy it

This book was required by my Professor at Columbia University for my leadership course. The book can be used for the real world as it possesses knowledge that is current, practical, honest, real and fluid in today’s society. I even refer to it now in my real world experiences of leadership!

Seems like it's been a good investment so far. More useful in its kindle form than paper version. I recommend this kindle text.

So easy to read and all the parts are applicable. Different leadership styles may have similarities, but do not bleed too much into each other like those listed in books just looking to fill up more pages.

Bought this book for a grad level college course and will be keeping for reference. Northouse does a wonderful job of breaking down various leadership styles and methods for those who are trying to find their own leadership style. My leadership style presented itself in Chapter 10. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting to know about leadership styles and how they can be applied in the workplace. Excellent learning and reference text.

This is a great book for all types of Leadership enthusiast. I am constantly trying to grow and seeking to become a better leader every day. This book gives realistic and relatable case studies that readers can comprehend at all levels. I would recommend this book to anyone.

It had high lighted areas on it already. I don't mind it. I just don't want to get charged for it. Other than that it was great. The soft cover a little bent. It was great for what I needed. Other than that it was in good shape for reading.

The book itself has all the informations I need in my course. I recommended it with my fellow student.
