Monari Federzoni Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 9.1 0z

I needed this to make roasted brussel sprouts for Thanksgiving and was too busy to go to the store. The convenience of ordering was great and its a good product but you could get a much better value at the grocery store.

Along with my garlic infused virgin olive oil...this is a, must have, staple in my pantry.It is a tad expensive for the small amount you get vs the large amount I use and, for that reason, I am looking for an alternative.Will update if I find one.Hopefully, the seller reads this review and lowers the price or...gives us more for our $$$.

This stuff is great. I cook with it all the time- I almost never use liquid balsamic vinegar. Deep, sweetish flavor with a nice tang. Great as a glaze on a nearly finished steak or on a caprese salad. Others have been too sweet, but this stuff is the best.

Love this balsamic glaze which I use on caprese skewers. I used to make my own glaze from scratch but it was very time consuming and consistency was always different. Love the ease of having this bottle in my fridge. Great flavor and consistency!

This is a great addition when making tomatoes with basil & mozzarella cheese on toothpicks for snacks

I used this product for bruschetta and was pleasantly surprised. That taste was awesome!! I would definitely purchase this again.

I like using this product on sliced mozzarella and tomatoes. It's flavorful, and stands up as an integral part of the other ingredients.
