DK-19 Manual Incline Auto Lubricating Endeavour Treadmill

My first treadmill - not even been in a gym before, but was purchased with the advice from my daughter who does. It was heavy to lug upstairs to its position in the spare room but that makes it a very sturdy and a strong piece of equipment. The only complaint I have is that the instruction manual is virtually useless. It needs to be completely re-written in clear English. It is possible, with a lot of head scratching, to work out how to fix it together and use the programming and bmi index. Having said that I am very happy with my purchase and it runs smoothly both through the changes of speed and incline. However, If anyone out there can find any clear instructions on the internet on how to use/programme the settings, please point me in the right direction so I can check I'm getting the most from the treadmill.

I've just set up my DK-19 and tried it out. It runs smoothly and feels solid as a rock, and folds away simply and neatly. Highly recommended. However when it comes to setting it up make sure you have somebody with some mechanical know-how as the instructions seem to have been written by somebody who a) used a Chinese-English dictionary to translate word for word and b) had never actually seen the treadmill. The part numbers on the diagrams don't match those on the parts list; you have to follow the assembly steps in the order 1-3-4-2-5 unless you have at least three hands; and the two incline adjustment arms had been pre-fitted but were the wrong way round. Plus the instructions for the Body Fat test forget to tell you to press "Start" before pressing "Mode" or you'll go round in circles. And there's a neat auto lubrication system that it totally fails to tell you how to use (just put the oil under the flaps in the orange things!). Once you've navigated that jungle though everything is brilliant!

Poor product.Broke down after 3 months and the company is failing to repair it.Will not come 90 or so mile to repair it and had the audacity to get a local technician to look at it at my expense. They do not answer your phone call or return them back

Was delivered with some parts fitted incorrectly. Took some time and several emails to sort out the problem.

Good as treadmill. Unfortunately the courier took longer than expected to deliver it not ad initially stated in the order. When arrived one part was damaged.

My partner and I decided to buy a treadmill as we couldn't always find time to go out running. I found this treadmill and compared it to others with the same weight allowances. It was by far the cheapest and was delivered very quickly. It was relatively easy to put together and folds away nicely for storage. It has lots of features, including pre-programmed runs, built in speakers and control buttons on the arms for people like me who have to hold on when they run! It has been used frequently and hasn't let us down yet. Excellent piece of equipment, excellent quality, would definitely recommend this treadmill

Had this for four months used it a couple of times come to use it not working
