useability
Works as expected but after about a month the stylus stopped working; managed to get hold of the support team, and they arranged for a new stylus to be despatched and it arrived ahead of expected date and worked fine; tablet all singing and dancing again now. Does exactly what we expected - can think of other people who would buy one but seems you cant get themat the moment

Unreliable battery
One month after we purchased this product, the battery started being unstable: it would appear to be charging, but actually it was not (the icon showed 'charging', but removing the plug immediately shut the tablet down). We managed to fix the problem, by reinstalling Windows and reconfiguring everything.
