Of all the Vitamin C topical products that I have tried on Amazon, I like this the most. I have bought and used a lot of Vitamin C serum because of its purported effect on facial wrinkles and discoloration that I have read on the studies about topical Vit C on PubMed. I have not experienced any noticeable changes in my skin despite applying religiously 2x a day for more than 4 years ( not just for this product but all vit c serum i have tried including the diy that i concocted) but I continue to use Vit C serum hoping to delay more wrinkles and age spots from setting in. Although i thought i did saw a slight improvement in my skin when I first started using a vit C serum, the Skinceutical CE Ferulic a long time ago, but the high price was just not sustainable. The reason why I like this over the rest of the Vit C serum is the gel consistency. I am hoping it is from the Hyaluronic Acid. It also turned my litmus paper to acid, unlike some Vit C serum i tried here on Amazon.I dont think the 2 oz would last me more than a month, which the manufacturer claims it will. I think due to its gel consistency, it covers less surface area than the more liquid serum for every pump of product that i use. But the gel consistency feels luxurious on my skin when I apply it, so i might buy this product again if a don't find a cheaper one that is at par with characteristics of this seum.

Great product!! I have been using this product for about six weeks , I have definetly seen noticeable results . I have used many different products in the past ( grew up above a high end family salon and spa) Also I've used a 1% retin a cream for years and noticed it started thinking my skin .. Serum has helped thicken my skin back up a bit .. Have tried just a few others vitamin c serum and by far this is the best .

Pros:*It comes with a great easy use pump which dispenses the perfect small portions to prevent waist and spillage. Also not having to open the bottle to use it is another plus as it has less potential for foreign contaminates.* This is a very large bottle for the cost. 60mL when most competitors give only 30. (see my product photo for size comparison)* It contains the key ingredients for anti-aging and youthful skin, 20% vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, Jojoba oil, witch hazel and several amino acids.Neutral: It also contains a few quite a few other ingredients, more than my current brand and some of them may cause severe allergies.( I'm glad I read it before allowing a friend to try she is anaphylactic to dandelion)The reason for star deduction:Cons*It leaves my face feeling a little stiff and "crunchy" perhaps it's one of the extra ingredients, but I prefer feeling moist or nothing at all.*Not organic. I much prefer organic ingredients as you never know the amounts of pesticides residing in products these days.Overall I would recommend this product as is does contain great ingredientsRecommended uses: as nightly vitamin serum, apply to clean face before bed.My reviews are my honest opinions. I wanted to wait at least a week to review Natural Earth Vitamin C Serum. I believe it's important to actually use a product continuously and to carefully gauge results in order to provide an informed, honest review. For the last week, I have been using this Vitamin C serum twice a day: in the morning and again in the evening. My routine is to wash my face thoroughly using a gentle cleanser such as liquid Neutrogena, gently patting my skin dry and then applying the vitamin c serum to my face. I found 3 pumps of this not too thick, not too thin, serum, to be just the right amount for me. I then allow the serum to absorb into my skin; it absorbs quickly - within 60 seconds. I then apply my usual moisturizer to finish things off. The first 2 days I used the serum, I noticed my skin was a little red where the serum was applied. It wasn't irritated or tender, and went away within 15-20 minutes. By the third day, there was no more redness after applying the serum. By day 4, I noticed that the fine lines on my face were becoming very faint and my skin was feeling softer. By day 7, my pores were smaller and my skin tone had taken on a healthy glow I hadn't seen in far too long. I am very impressed with this serum. I've actually been humming that Cher song ; "If I could turn back time.." and now I can't get that song out of my head. But it's worth it because my husband actually noticed a change. I received this product in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

I have been using this product since it has arrived. It feels great on the skin. It does not leave a greasy feel. It absorbed nicely into my skin. Not sure of the full results as I have only been using it for a short time. The spa that I work at sells a similar product with the same 20% of vitamin c as this product for a very high price. So in comparison I would say this is a very good buy for the price.

I have tried several different types of Vitamin C serum and I have not found any that match the effects this one gave me. I am truly astonished. My skin feel more rejuvenated and I haven't had to use any moisturizers on my face since I been using this serum. I just turned 40 a few months ago and noticed my skin is starting to get the first signs of aging and its time to find stuff that works so that I can grow old gracefully. I love the results I get with this serum. It made all the redness in my cheeks disappear, It makes my skin feel supple and healthier. I love the formula, it is great on my acne prone, sensitive skin. I have noticed no new breakouts since using this product. The formula is like a clear gel that is quickly absorbed into the skin upon application. There isn't any odor at all. I just use it twice a day all over my face and neck, once in the morning and before bedtime. I have already recommended this product to my friends for vibrant, healthy younger looking skin.I got this product at a free or discounted rate, although all thoughts, ideas, and words are indeed my own.

One of the best Vitamin C serums that I found which does not cost millions.CONS: At first it might irritate your skin (make it bit red and itchy, dry it out), but that goes away. First I would recommend using just one time per day with a moisturizer after it absorbs, then once your skin is used to it, you can use twice a day. This way there won't be any skin peeling or dried out skin.PROS: I did notice difference in around 2-3 weeks. Skin got more light, glowing, even acne seems to be getting better. Little wrinkles that I had on my forehead are gone. Mind that I am 23 years old and for older skin it might not do such results in such small time.

I had reservations about this product, as vitamin c is notoriously unstable in solution. However, I was impressed by the information supplied in the product Q&A regarding ingredients and percentage of the active ingredient.I also noticed a previous review in which a customer applied the product daily to only one wrist and had good results. I thought I would do the same. I wanted to do this as I have also recently started using a couple of products from The Ordinary (Retinol and Buffet) on my face and needed to isolate this serum in order to know if it was having an effect on its own.FWIW, my face is looking great!For about a month, I have applied the serum to my face morning and night, before wiping the remaining serum in my palm on my left wrist.I can't say that I see a striking difference or if what I did see was just my imagination. However I just asked my husband to look at both wrists and tell me if he noticed anything different. He readily said that my left wrist was "lighter and has fewer little wrinkles." This was several hours after the last application and so it can't be down to any hydration from the non-active ingredients.The serum is very watery and clear, with no noticeable colour. I would say that if you see a yellow colour, that would be due to oxidation. I kept the serum in an opaque cosmetic bag, away from any light.

I'm giving 3 stars as it's early days. I have found this seems to have some positive effect...to be fair I have a fair amount of Brown facial patches. I honestly feel there has been an improvement but not completly removed patches. Maybe in time. But its not a miracle cure just a little help to an improved look. Again to be fair I've not used it long maybe 3 weeks or 4 so I will review after 6 months!! I'm still reviewing the performance of this product.

This is without doubt THE best skin care product that I have ever used. It has drastically reduced my skin discolouration around my mouth and dark spot appearance.I wear this under E45 and my skin feels soooo healthy. My hands which are real dry and looks much older than I am , has also benefited a lot.I knew Vitamin C would help me with my discolouration, Cos Like me, my mum also had melasma in her 30's , and I have seen her getting rid of it completely by applying honey and squeezed lime/lemon diligently for 3-4 months, maybe more. I didnt have that kind of patience or interest to do that sort of thing day after day for months. So when I had it , I researched for easy ways to cure it, like pill or creams. I found that vitamin c was one of the options to manage it. I immediately saw the connection ,how the lemons had helped her, I was pretty sure that if I get a proper vitamin c serum it could cure/manage my melasma too. So I went to amazon to find the most potent one and the one with the most positive reviews. :) I am glad I did , I have found a product for life. Even if it completely cures my melasma and dark spots I will still be using it, cos I love the soft moisturised feeling on my skin when I have it on.I hope natural earth laboratory never changes the formula, and if they ever think they have better formula, I hope they release it as another line without stopping this one, cos I would like to use this one forever. :)

Decided to buy this product after reading an article about Vitamin C and how great it was at smoothing the skin. Chose this brand because of the good reviews, delivery was really quick, and have been using it now for just over three weeks. Since my first purchase, I was contacted by Amanda from NEL, and have also received a free bottle.The bottle comes with a dropper and also a spray pump which I have been using. The serum is quite runny, and the spray works well. I found that because the serum soaks into my skin really quickly, to save wasting any, it was better to treat a section at a time ie: forehead, then each side of face, then neck. You can feel the skin begin to tighten straight away, and after about 5 min I would apply either day or night cream, as I use it twice a day. It has a delicate orangey scent.I think it is too early to say whether it is having any effect on my crows feet and wrinkles - no one has said I look younger yet, but maybe mine need a bit more work (!) and it may work more quickly on other people. Certainly, I have found it very pleasant to use, and will persevere.
