Does exactly what you need
For some reason Amazon sent me the hot pink one twice when I ordered orange. Contacted seller and they were super easy to get the whole thing fixed. As for the wedge it does exactly what you need it to do and nothing else. Fits in the bottom of my gym bag and didn't cost a fortune. No need to overcomplicate loading plates, or resting plates on it in between sets so the bar doesn't roll around the floor.

Awesome product with some inherent limitations
This is a great time and energy saver for anyone loading up multiple plates on their deadlifts or olympic lifts. I love that it is orange (highly visible) and it seems to be made of high-quality material that will hold up for years. I have a home gym now but wished I had this in college as its easy to pack into a gym bag and take with you to the gym.Just remember that you still need to struggle to get that first plate on and last plate off - the wedge will only help you with every plate after the first. To get around this problem I load my first plate on each sleeve while the bar is on the rack and then move the bar down onto my platform. Then I roll it onto the wedge and load up additional plates. When I'm done I use the wedge to take off all but the last plate and then rack the bar to remove the final plate. This way I am always able to conveniently add/remove weight. My process won't work for everyone's setup so just be conscious when buying that the wedge will not remove 100% of the inconvenience surrounding adding weight to a bar that is on the ground.

You need this. You just do.
This is the most ingenious thing. You're going to think, "I don't need that. How hard is it to just pick the bar up slightly and put the plates on? How hard is it to just use a 2.5lb plate instead?"My friend, you are wrong. Give in to your lazy self. You're on this page for a reason. You want this. And I'm here to tell you that you need it. It's flawless. It does exactly what you want it to do: it ever so slightly raises the plates to make unloading and loading a breeze. It is lightweight. It fits in your bag. It's orange, so all the other gym goers will see it, mentally call you lazy, and then go home and think "...do I need that? Maybe I do need that." And soon you will all have dead wedges and you'll be dead wedge bros. You'll make friends. Your gym crush will see your new confidence and your multiple plate deadlift and think that maybe he or she needs a mate who works smarter, not harder. You will be the inventor of the wheel among a gym of cave men.Go buy it already.

Heavy duty and effective.
This is a great tool for any serious lifter who does not have a deadlift jack available at his or her facility. I bought my Dead Wedge a few months ago and I personally find it to be most useful when loading more than 3 plates per side. The main advantages of using this versus a small plate for loading your deadlifts are that you can roll the weight onto the wedge and the weight will be firmly cradled in rubber so it won't slip around or roll off while you're loading your plates. The device itself is made of seemingly very durable, heavy duty rubber and I would be quite surprised if anyone managed to break this thing. The wedge is very light, maybe weighing only a few ounces and I carry it regularly with me in my gym bag. Overall, this is by far the next best thing compared to a deadlift jack and value wise it may even be superior to a deadlift jack for most.Furthermore, although I have had no reason to correspond with LIFT, they seemed very invested in their customer service and customer satisfaction, which is always a huge plus.

Such a simple and awesome product, well worth $18 not to kill your back switching weights.
This product is simple and perfect, I love it. I lift fairly heavy weights (for me) for my deadlift and Romanian deadlift, and have invested a lot of time perfecting my form as to not injure my back, neck, or anything else during these exercises. As I progressed with my lifting, I realized the most awkward part of this lift was switching weights out once I surpassed ~300lbs, trying to lift a bar loaded with weight while sliding another plate on or off can be an awkward operation. You can use a small plate, or clips to roll the inside plate on for this procedure if you want, but as we all know, the plate can slip off or the bar will slide out. This simple wedge makes changing weights so easy and effortless, its worth every penny, and there is no reason it shouldn't last forever. I had this item in my Amazon wish list for a few months, and continued to be cheap and not buy it. After having a sore back one day, and then switching weights out (making it worse), I gave in and bought one. I suggest anyone who deadlifts heavy weights buy one, with Amazon's return policy you can always send it back...but you wont.

Great for dead lifting when you have to unload 3+ plates
These things are awesome!!!! I was hesitant at first but it gets annoying taking weights off since my gym forces anyone who deadlifts to use foam pads to protect the floor. Taking weight off with the pads on is so annoying the weight gets stuck and I feel like I’m pulling hard or I have to lift the whole bar to get the weight off. With the dead wedge you just roll the bar and the first weight plate and it allowed me to easily take 3 plates off in like 3 seconds. 1 dead wedge is enough and all you need if you work out alone. I bought two thinking I’d need both but realized you spend time on one side unloading then just move it to the other side and continue process. If you deadlift with a friend then two makes it easierYou can also check out my full review on this product on my channel on youtube at "VloggerEdson" check the dead wedge section

Works as advertised
I purchased two of these because the order only comes with one. However, you only need one if you are lifting by yourself. I lift at home with my son so it makes it faster if we each have one. It makes it easier to roll the bar with the 45 lbs plates up onto it and then add whatever other weight we need. After using two at the same time I think I would do it that way even if I am lifting alone. The orange color make it easy to see and line up on the floor and the rubber construction does help it to not move too much. I don't know why one of the feature ratings is stretch, they're not meant to.

It works !!
I really like the dead wedge , it's just so easy and convenient to use . At first was thinking it was just some gimmick that wouldn't work well , but it does the job ! So easy to load 45lb plates now , I'm considering getting a second one so I can lift both sides . Great simple product !!TM

Te va a facilitar las cosas
A veces las mejores ideas no requieren gran complejidad. Éste es el caso: Una simple cuña de plástico. Esos dos centímetros de elevación que proporcionan facilitan mucho la tarea de cargar discos de gran peso. Yo he notado la diferencia.

Lifesaver.
Can’t believe I went this long without getting one! Makes loading and unloading weight plates a breeze. No more risks of back injuries from doing the plate slip off jig. Sure you can get a barbell jack, but this is way more portable.
