Bad customer service
The wood pieces snap easily while trying to put the shelf together. With the directions there is a paper that says not to return the item but to call or email their "friendly" customer service asking for replacement parts. I called the number and the recording tells you to email the info of what parts you need and then hangs up. I emailed them 2 weeks ago for the parts and have heard NOTHING! It gives you 30 days from order date to get parts replaced but I can not get anyone to respond to my needs! So I have a $90 book shelf for my girls that we needed put together like yesterday and there is nobody to accept my calls or emails. Very upsetting to me and my daughters who are really wanting their new shelf! This item was sold from an outside source but purchased on Amazon.
