The battery was very easy to replace and fit perfectly. The battery is working well and was a great value.

The price is almost half comparing to other listings. It gives a second life to my Dell XPS 15 9570, which I'm using to write this review right now. A minor issue is that the complimentary M2X4 screwdriver couldn't take out most screws on the original battery, but it is not part of the battery and I was able to unscrew them by a regular screwdriver anyway. Overall, it is absolutely a great purchase!

My laptop's warranty had just expired and then my battery went and couldn't use my pc for certain functions. So I looked on the Dell website and they wanted $120 for a battery. You got to be kidding! So I checked Amazon and there was my battery for $43. I have had it about six months now and it works great. I use the battery mode to watch videos and there's absolutely no problems at all. Good battery, Good deal!

Pros Super easy to install. Just popped right in. Battery life was decent at about 1:30 Cost was comparable to other options Cons For just over a year this battery worked perfectly. Then the other day I noticed it would only charge to 47%. A couple days later it would only charge to 45%. Today I unplugged it briefly the charge dropped 20% and now is stuck at 18% available while plugged in. Had this not happened I would have given it 5 stars likely. But it being a year and three months old (three months past the warranty) I'm forced to buy another battery.

I hesitated buying anything but an HP battery replacement for my HP laptop, but I could not find an HP one and the price was right so I decided to give it a try. I put it in and it came to a full charge in less than a half hour. My old battery was not charging unless I did a whole series of steps, and then it took several hours for it to charge. It always said "plugged in, not charging". So far, that has not been the case with this new battery. I'll try to post back in a few days after I see how it holds up.

Purchased a refurb from we'll known store. The battery was giving no charge. Bought this one works perfectly! Saved a perfectly good laptop

Finally purchased a battery after my old one stopped recharging some time ago. I am happy to have a new battery, but bummed about the short life of 4 hours. Maybe that is the max for this battery, since I have been without one for so long I am not sure if this is normal.

Very satisfied. Physically the battery was a perfect replacement and installed with no issues. It's capacity rating was a bit less (hence 4 stars on capacity) than the original battery but is still good (I did not see one with higher capacity). It replaced an original battery in my near 5 year old laptop so it feels like a new machine. The price was much better than I expected and it shipped quickly.
