Pleasant looking and eco-friendly plant signs
I purchased these for a native plant garden to use as education for the visitors. The bamboo plant signs are nicely cut, a reasonable size for the descriptions and a good value for the price. I purchased them because the bamboo fits with our focus for the garden to use more sustainable type products. I rated it a 4 because of the pen. The very first time our volunteers wrote on the plant signs the market pen that came with the product ran and bleed thru. We had to toss it and use an alternate writing tool for the signs to be readable. We are eager to see if the signs hold up in the elements (lots of rain and sun in Florida). For the price, it would be my expectation we'd need to replace them in a month of so (but that's true so far for every type of plant sign we've tried).

They fall apart when they get wet
So if you are thinking about using these for a decorative purpose they are fine. Can't beat the price and they are cute as can be. If you are thinking about actually using these as plant markers, skip it. When they get wet they fall apart and what ever you write on them fades off. Even moisture wicking up from the soil (not direct rain or watering) makes them fall apart.

These Rot Quickly & Easily
I knew that these signs would rot over time, but I expected that to happen at a slower pace than what I'm experiencing as with a synthetic material, for example. That is not the case here so I'd recommend working with a more durable product.

Great value - but writing on them with Sharpie bleeds
I really like these but my only issue is that no matter what pen i use - the one included or a Sharpie, the writing bleeds so it looks rather indistinct and blurry.

They split apart after being exposed to water and moist.
I bought this thinking in a ecological way of labeling my plants even after going through the fact that at most you can use them twice (each side) since you can't erase the ink. But after few days of watering my plants and some raining the labels are breaking apart, apparently the glue that was used to put it together was not good.

Works fine if you keep it dry
The labels I put outside started to peel apart after 3 weeks. The ones in the garage are still fine.

Okay
These are cute and easy to used but after being outside for a few weeks they are splitting.

Great Quality
These bamboo tags are awesome! I use them to mark microgreens when our orders go out. It's nice that a marker is provided with it. Very thick and sturdy.
