Not accurate
I don't think it is accurate. Part of my job requires that I measure plastic thickness and I don't believe it is accurate. I have plastic film that I know to be a certain thickness, but this micrometer does not measure it correctly. I would like to return it. Please advise me the address to which I should return it. It was charge on my amazon account. Please advise. I would prefer to order a different style or better micrometer. Thanks

Thickness Guage
One it does not 'zero-out' which obviously, is extremely critical for a caliper scope. Two is does not preform well unless held perfectly still and level. Maybe I just chose the wrong type of gauge/gage. For my use it was not worth the $40 I spent. I have since replaced it.

Thickness Guage.
This guage works out well for our process but after about a week, the red point at the calipers measureing points fell off. This tool would work better for our application with metal capturing points.
