Nice, clean briefcase.
Several thoughts on this briefcase.APPEARANCE:Business like and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The threading and overall finishing is up there with the known branded bags. The material is synthetic leather. The handle is firm and similar to those square briefcases our fathers use to use on their way to work.WEIGHT:At 5.3lbs this is quite a hefty piece. And you feel it the moment you pick it up.DURABILITY:The courts still out on this, since the item isl brand new and hasn't been put through it's paces. Will update on this in about 7-18 months time. If anything happens to it prior that, then will mention it as soon as possible.INTERIOR:3 open air partitions that can take in notebooks or a laptop. Another partition that is closed using a zip rounds it up to a total of 4. So you have adequate compartments for your various items. Also there are holding slots for phones and pens/pencils.PRICE: What's there not to love since it's quality is comparable to the ones that are over a hundred bucks?For now this is a definite recommend.

Almost Perfect - cards fall out of slots
Appears well made. I will update this review if I have any issues. The only gripe I have right now is that the lock doesn't work very well. The handle is handy!Updated: I wasn't sure the card slots would be able to securely hold cards. I was right. I had placed 2 unimportant cards as a test into a couple of slots. Today I saw one starting to peek out and opened up the purse. Both cards were falling out. I would not use the card slots. Just use a slim card wallet instead.

Better value than the price you will pay
I am a sucker for backpacks and messengers. I've been on the hunt for the holy grail for years. I was looking for something a little classier than my leather Kenneth Cole backpack, but I was not willing to sink a lot of money into an expensive laptop briefcase. This fit the bill for the price. Nice looking, artificial leather. Time will tell if it holds up. If I like the style and function, I might invest in a true leather one. Out of the box, it is very stiff. I hope that it flexes up a bit over time. Otherwise, it's a good price and a nice aesthetic.

Good for the price
This item is not the same bag as pictured. The pockets are not as described see photos. The bag is a little over 10 inches long. It does seem to be made well but it is close to a medium handbag not a briefcase.

Great briefcase! It Looks just as it is pictured. The quality is pretty good considering the price. I have not used the strap, but only the handle, and have not had any issues yet. I try not to over stuff the bag though so as to keep from putting extra stress on it.
