RENEWDLE - Patented Relaxing Myofascial Pain Relief

I've had chronic back pain, tight hips. and psoas for years. I've got 6 different foam rollers, a couple of vibrating massagers, and one of those jigsaw style massage guns. I've done yoga stretches read up on mobility, watched mobility videos, used heating pads. In spite of all of that i was still in pain. You might be getting the impression that I'd try almost anything to feel better. You'd be right about that. I ordered the Renewdle hoping it would somehow be different.I am so glad to say that it has worked for me. I've been using the Renewdle for a only a few days, and I can already feel tight muscles releasing. There are 3 foam blocks, which don't look like anything too special (molded foam beads), when you put weight on them, they gently shift and pull so that tight muscles relax. Yes, it's just foam. Yes it works. For me it's worth every penny.I did have a slight quality issue. One corner of one of the blocks was chipping. I contacted the seller, who responded very quickly and is replacing that piece. I appreciate them standing behind their product.I am very happy with my Renewdle purchase.

I just discovered the renewdle a few months ago through a new physical therapist. I have many injuries (hit by a golf ball on hamstring, fell skiing and ruptured cartilage in my hip, protruding disc and old sports injuries oh plus 3 C SECTIONS) and I’ve been doing therapy of all kinds on & off for 12 years. I foam roll A LOT but THIS is WAY BETTER than my foam roller. It reaches spots and areas my foam roller can’t. Especially in my hip, hip flexor, adductors, pelvic areas. This has also worked wonders on my c section scar. It saves me time as well because I can release more areas at one time.There are many “how to” videos on the renewdle website and YouTube. They walk you through exactly how to use it. If your looking for pain relief and for something to release muscle tension this is it. I always get relief after using it! I love mine.

I LOVE this product! I have so much pain from having had so many injuries and poor circulation in the upper parts of my back, neck, head and shoulders. I am petit (5'4" and about 125 lbs). I prefer using 2 of the smaller size newdles at once or singularly to the larger newdle for laying on. Wonderful release in hips and sacral area with trigger point release upon gently rolling hips to side (while laying on your back with newdle at sacral area or just below).If I use the needle to open up my back and shoulders, I will use the needle to lay on, starting with it positioned to my lower back first. I breathe deeply and relax for a couple of minutes and then move the newdle up each vertebra, resting and breathing. If I uncurl my body from a sitting position to lay on the newdle while exhaling...I can almost always pop my spine all the way up. Terrific realignment every single time!Other people use the bigger one to stretch lower legs and such. Directions are in the box on how to do a variety of techniques for whole body relief.I actually love these so much that I purchased them to give as gifts! lolThis product is one I hope to never ever be without! Luckily, it is well made and my first one (purchased from a physical therapist about 8 years ago is looking as new as the extra ones I purchased Christmas 2015.

There is a learning curve to using this system, but it is definitely helping me. I have poor posture so my neck and back tend to feel stiff often. Using the Renewdle I am learning how to release ALL my pressure points. There are 3 pieces of different thicknesses that can be used to find all your pressure points and release them in succession.

I am an aging athlete who still works out hard, but also spends too much time in an office chair or airplane seat. The Renewdle is great...a bit painful at first but the release is well worth it. There are pictures to provide some guidance, but honestly you can't use it wrong...some ways just work better than others. I have been using it for more than 6 months now and keep experimenting with different spots based on what's sore or not moving well. I typically use it in the evening, watching a little TV before bed. Bottom line - there's a huge difference when I get out of bed in the morning the nights I use it...just wish it was small enough to pack in my luggage!

Some days I can barely straighten out and have excruciating back pain because of too much sitting at a desk and going from meeting to meeting. I close my office door, and use the large and medium Renewdle pieces and feel overwhelming relief flood through my back and down all the way to my toes. After 15 minutes of allowing my body to straighten out with chest- and side-openers and delicious back bends, I can get back on my feet and finish the day out. The Renewdle is a must have!

Prior to undergoing double knee replacement surgery I was on a constant hunt for therapies to reduce the pain I felt. My LMT introduced me to the renewdle and I immediately wanted one for my own. I am a 76 year old massage therapist and also have a small farm, so my back and hips are constantly in need of any help they can get. The Renewdle has been the best product I have found for working on myself since it uses your own body weight to help release the fascia and muscles. It is good for other areas too, but I love using it on my back and hips.
