Did not work at all. The only thing i heard clearly is the whistle. Even after changing ear pad. Got no amplification. I have 2 units neither worked for me i do not recommend this product

I bought this item to see if I need to get a professional exam and pro-quality hearing aid. It seems to me my hearing in one ear is about half the other. Let’s do this as a pro/con review.Pros:Fits easily into ear canalHas several size covers for various size ear canalsEasy to insert and removeCons:Battery is so tiny it’s difficult to hold onto while installingNo on/off feature. Only way to turn off is to open battery compartmentLowest volume setting is so loud it’s like having someone yelling in your earAll background noise is as loud as conversational volumeHas a constant, low-level background hissMakers of products like this make an assumption as to the amount of hearing loss (on average) for device users. Who ever designed this seems to have assumed a user will be nearly, “stone deaf.” If your hearing loss is moderate, the lowest volume setting will be far too loud and may (my opinion) damage your hearing further.Conclusion:Yes, I will benefit from a hearing aid, just not one of these. I’ll be seeing someone who tests hearing and sells medical quality products. This is a DO NOT BUY (in my opinion).

Received but had no instructions, i.e., how to insert batteries, how to increase volume. Please help. Packing slip stated instructions were inside the package — they weren’t.

If I could rate it lower than that I would. It does not serve its purpose, you or whoever you’re buying it for is better without it. It’s a waste of money. I do not recommend this item.

Works like a charm: it can go a long while on a single battery (about a week of almost constant wear), and I can hear everything clearly. For someone who is 90% deaf in one ear, that’s saying something!As for fit, the hearing aid is on the big side for my small ear, which causes me to have to push it back into my ear occasionally. However, since there is really no way to “measure” this type of thing without going to the doctor and getting one fitted, it’s okay. I’ll probably get an over-the-ear aid once this one is worn out, but it’s been almost 6 months now and is still going strong. I’m happy with my purchase.

My only concern is finding the right battery for replacement. Battery compartment is somewhat fragile and may not stand the test of time.

First. A very good alternative to expensive hearing aids. Second. A little difficult to assemble the smaller ear inserts. And battery. I believe with a little practice things will be fine. Third. Just have to get use to having in your ear. Overall a good value.

The quality of this little guy is pretty good. I get good clear sound from a 360 degree radius. The only negatives that I would say are that the volume control is a little small and difficult to adjust while it is in your ear and while listening to music in my vehicle, it tends to distort the sound. My guess is that the enclosed space reverbs the acoustics so much that it over loads the mic.Other than that, I would definitely recommend this device for anyone with the need for a hearing amplifier.
