Q: I'm at a loss for what in this product would specifically help with altitude. I see sugar, a couple acids + flavor. What is supposed to help??

It is designed to help with the symptoms of altitude sickness such as headaches, nausea, cramping, fatigue, and dizziness. Acli-Mate contains electrolytes for hydration, Vitamins B6 and B12 to assist with energy and combat headaches, sodium, potassium and magnesium to minimize muscle cramps, and Ginko Biloba, Schizandara and Rhodiola help the body adapt to multiple stressors

Q: How long are these good for? i purchased a pack in 2019 and i still have a few left. any chance they’re still good? there’s no expiration date listed

I used expired product on my last trip to Colorado and it worked just the same for me! Didn’t notice a difference.

What is shipped is 30 packets at 0.37 oz (10.7 g) each, for a total of 11.4 oz (325 g).

Q: Is the orange flavor a 30 pack box?

I know the grape comes in a 30 pack, so I would imagine orange would.
