Surprised!
I bought this on recommendation from a friend. I already had several black sharpies so I wasn't overly excited, but I have to say I was surprised how well it worked for drawing on burlap which is why I was in the market for a wider, fatter marker. Not sorry I spent the extra money on this marker,Sharpie is a brand name you can trust.

Great for Metal Stampers !
I love this marker. I use to fill in my impression with my hand stamped jewelry and it lasts without having to go over it again! These will be a staple to my supplies. The smell of the marker is super strong but I was expecting that, so if you sensitive sense of smell I would suggest you wear a mask. It doesn't bother me though

Writes on dam near anything. I use these doing construction. Pretty smear resistant as well, even after just writing with them. Plus the smell of these after awhile gives you a nice buzz.

Doesn’t even write on wet plastic like it says it will, it’s useless and smells HORRENDOUS! Do not buy this marker.

Finally a marker that does the trick!
I’ve been looking for a writing implement that will write and stay on silicon molds and on glossy surfaces like shiny plastic containers and cellophane and I tried laundry grease pencil so I tried regular permanent marker and other types of ink pens but finally this marker works and it works really well and is the one to get for The most challenging surfaces.

Worked great. Tip didn’t last long enough.
Great marker works in tons of conditions. I work In a ski shop where we use sharpies by the hundreds. Only thing is the tip didn’t stay sharp as long as expecting

Doesn’t stay on silicone
Got this specifically to write on silicone dummies for daycare. All rubbed off after the first day. I’m sure it’ll be ok for other stuff.
