I purchased the Yealink T54W for use with Hamshack Hotline, and it has been an excellent choice. The phone is well-built, easy to set up, and packed with features, making it perfect for both business and VoIP applications. The 4.3-inch color display is bright and easy to read, and the Wi-Fi & PoE support provides flexible connectivity options. Pros: ✅ Crystal Clear Audio – HD voice and noise suppression ensure excellent call clarity. ✅ 16 VoIP Accounts – Great for handling multiple lines and extensions without hassle. ✅ Built-in Wi-Fi (802.11ac) – No need for an Ethernet cable if you prefer a wireless setup. ✅ PoE Support (802.3af) – Works seamlessly with Power over Ethernet, reducing cable clutter. ✅ Intuitive Interface – The color screen and well-designed buttons make navigation simple. ✅ High-Quality Speakerphone – Calls sound clear and natural, even in hands-free mode. Cons: ⚠️ No Power Adapter Included – If you don’t have PoE, you’ll need to purchase a separate power adapter. ⚠️ Wi-Fi Setup Could Be Smoother – Connecting to Wi-Fi works well, but entering credentials using the keypad takes some patience.

This is my default for IP phones on my self-hosted 3CX systems. Provisioning is easy and generally works right away. I really enjoy that they put the MAC address on each box, so it's simple to pre-configure in cases where I need to send users phones for remote deployment. The sound quality is excellent and over at least five years of using this model, some with very heavy use, I have not had one need replacement yet. While this is on the more expensive side in terms of IP phones in general, the value is there -- cheaper phones often have poor quality, are difficult to configure, etc. Note that the first thing you should generally do after unboxing is update the firmware -- the only times I've had difficulty connecting one of these units to my phone system it's because I skipped that step. Overall, this is my default for phones -- coupled with their BLF sidecar for users such as receptionists who need instant access to a multitude of other users.

These phones do not come with power cable I have purchased the used one and the new one neither of them come with the power cable keep in mind when you are purchasing this product that you buy an external power supply if you get an aftermarket one, the connection will make the phone continuing to turn off

Ordered a few of these to setup at one of my new locations. Works fine. Is what I was looking for.

The phone seems great, but it does not work with Teams.

Works great for voip phone. No issues will get another as the office grows

Perfect phone for the office and works well to put on night mode when someone works from home. Great features, and east setup to connect to the computer via the internet.

I read reviews about people complaints on no power supply when they bought them renewed (refurbished) but mine was new and no where in the description does it say no power supply. Very disappointed because now I’m with buying 2 power supplies I am spending the $50 more then I could have put that $50 towards newer model that included power supply. Cannot tell you how the phones are because I cannot use them yet

Good price, and easy to use, we used it as an addition to our Vonage system and it works great as expected. you will need a power adaptor but it does have wifi so you will not need the rather expensive USB wifi dongle.

There is no power adapter in the box AND manual completely in Chinese, why would any company do this?
