Great product! but got some broken.
These jars are so cute! And the perfect size. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because 2 of the jars were shattered when I received the package. Hopefully they hold up over time.

Great item!
These are great. Sturdy and leakproof. I put them in the dishwasher with no problem. Used both wet and dry for everything from spices to pudding. Completely satisfied with them.

Rubber gasket/seal did not stay in place
The image shows what happens if the gasket is in place correctly, and you close the jar and clamp it shut.I imaging it had something to do with putting an oily substance in the jars, but as soon as you close the clamp the gasket pops out of place, falls into the jar, and the jar will then leak all over your storage bag (real experience).I have tried closing the jar in different ways, putting tension on the hinge side first, the pushing out to make the pressure more even, etc... but cannot find a pattern for when the gasket decides to pop out. This has happened with most jars but not 100% of the time I clamp them.All of my jars were to hold a pepper relish which has oil in it. Perhaps the gasket would stay better without a water based substance.

I love these jars. I’m using them for my spices, herbs, along with seasonings.Over the moon happy!

Not the best, Not the worst
The latches on these jars are pretty terrible, they are all kind of sideways and some are really bent. They get slightly stuck as well so they aren't very great. Out of the whole set I had a solid 5 that worked well. The labels are nice and so is the pen it brings. The size of the jars is also really good for herbs and teas (that's what I use them for), they aren't too small but not too big.

They look pretty...haven’t tried them yet....very appealing.

Cheap, ineffective for air-tight purposes
They smelled really bad when I bought them. It was hard to to get the smell out of them. The hinge wire is flemsy and doesn't seal very tight. Slight pressure to undo. NOT leakproof.
