They work as expected

It takes care of my vitamin B needs.

For some time I was taking various types of B1 and in large amounts but was very stressed during the day and having nightmares and terrors in the night. A local nutritionist suggested BioStress B and I began taking 3 tablets 4 times per day. That may sound like a lot but compared to synthetic B1 offerings it's actually very little. The difference is that BioStress B is easily utilized by the body. In a short time I became less stressed during the day and the nightmares and terrors vanished. My quality of life has improved remarkably and tremendously. I really can't recommend this product enough. It truly has changed my life and I take it every day, no fail.
