Tastes good high calorie as I wanted with good additives. Just pay attention to portions you need to hit the highest gains they list.

I use this product for my son who has congestive heart failure and doesn't like a lot of foods that would fit into his dietary restrictions so this supplements his calorie intake and it is also the lowest sodium per serving of any other weight gainer i have seen. We give him a half serving (2 Scoops) in the morning and another half serving at dinner. He really likes it and it seems to help him. It is also a positive since it contains BCAA's and other vital ingredients.

I purchased this product for my father whom was loading too much weight and eating like a bird. The shakes provided him with more calories in one cup than he was taking in an entire day. Needless to say he's been taking the product for over a year and he had put on over 15lbs and eats full meals along with one shake a day. I highly recommend this product for those that want to increase your appetite and put on some lbs.

Tastes great when blended into smoothies and shakes! Can barely tell I added in any powder (no chalky or powdery taste). Best of all, it's helped me gain a decent amount of weight in the 2 months I've used it.
