This was a GREAT test!
I already got my test results! It was pretty fast.It wasn’t to much hair, had my husband just sniped my hair in different tiny sections all over so it wasn’t in one spot! FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS CLOSELY when it comes !! (Read a couple times). And you wouldn’t have a problem getting your test results. Even though it comes with a prepaid envelope to send sample in, I decided to pay for tracking to make sure it got to the lab/company.*I put a photo of the hair I sent. The “white marks” on the photo are just from me marking out information.

Simple Process
Seems like a lot of work when you get the kit, but it only takes a few minutes. I messed up my first sample because of my shampoo. Happens. My fault.

You won't have any hair left
Small detail they don't make you aware of is .25g is apparently a ton of hair! If you are by yourself, you will look like a child gave you a haircut and it still won't be enough hair. It is impossible to cut off that much hair and not be able to tell, especially when it starts growing out. If I would have known, I would never have bought this product for $99 that I now can't use or get any results with because I cannot cut any more hair without looking ridiculous. I have never had a test require so much hair.

Took test for Mercury exposure
I have a couple of mercury fillings I've been thinking about removing so I took this test. It confirmed that I should be removing those fillings but I also saw I'm a bit high in some other areas so I'm doing research on why I may be high in Arsenic/Lead, Selenium, Germanium, etc. I know mercury fillings include Tin, Silver, Copper etc so I hope to retest again in a couple of months after I remove the fillings. Time will tell but this test was great to do to understand the metals in our bodies. : D

Works as advertised
The test kit is in a small envelope-like package that is easy to get lost in the mail or package. The test is easy to use. You do need to have some hair to remove. For a guy with a "business" haircut, the trim spots were noticeable. I found that the amount of hair is more than what I expected and ended up with a couple of odd bald spots. I just went to my barber and got a shorter than normal haircut afterwards. Results are fast and good enough for what I wanted. I suspect that I could have received a better test at my doctor's office. I just didn't want the hassle and have to explain to my insurance company why I wanted a heavy metal test.

Eye opening
I did this test because originally I got an CT-A scan which later on i found out that doctors sometimes use Gadolinium to look for anyerisms, luckily I wasnt exposed to such heavy metal but decided to do this test anyways. It looks like I'm pretty much in the clear (green in acceptable, yellow is worrysome), but it looks like I'm exposed to Uranium which scares me a lot. I live in the Bay Area and this could be the result of Fukushima nuclear spill? I wish this test came with instructions on how to remove some of these heavy metals, I asked but they said they cannot give out advice. Anyone know how to remove Uranium?

Good test for metals
Thorough heavy metals test. The amount of hair needed was startling, though. I kept cutting (hair has to be from just after the root) near my scalp in patch after patch until the scale provided finally tipped. I suppose it's only hair that will eventually grow back, but is felt like I was going to end up with a bunch of spike all over my head. Luckily, it wasn't that noticeable except to me. I was emailed the results in over a week. I think it was close to two weeks from the time I mailed the hair off. All my levels were normal, but I needed to know, so it was worth it to me.

Great Value, Highly Useful Data
Best value on the web. Fast service. Accurate results. Hair Analysis reports are really becoming a popular diagnostic tool. Doctor's Data and Test Country do a great job here. Elizabeth at Test Country was particularly helpful. I could not find my test results after a month or so of waiting. I emailed her and got a reply (and my results) within 24 hours.
