Worked well, service department a little slow but outcome good
Worked well for a while and then had an issue with the electronics which are susceptible to overheat issues. I contacted support and had to follow up to get a part shipped... they sent a tech and the part didn't work. Eventually after a few more calls and e-mails, they are sending a complete replacement.

Great
I wish it came assembled, but otherwise came perfect and start up is super easy. Update: really enjoy this grill. It’s super easy to use. I love the fire starter feature. I also like that you can use such little coal- which allows me to use it more frequently as I don’t feel wasteful only cooking two or three chicken breasts etc.

Great Product Marred by Immature Warranty/Support Channel
Note: This is a brilliant product design and I enjoy using it (when it works). Less than 3 months into owning one (8-10 cooks max), my unit suffered a complete power failure. Technical support suspects I might have overheated it, so they elected for a repair vs. replacement. Fair enough. Four weeks later, I still have a 150 pound paper weight in my backyard. Here's what you need to know... Customer support personnel are based in Australia, the warehouse is located on the West Coast, and service is outsourced to ITEK Solutions via local technicians. Consequently, if anything breaks, you're in for a long, painful, inefficient process. Simply put, the US operation is not yet where it should be for a product at this price point.

Cool but disappointing
Received this as a gift and was excited by the electric start and alleged fast heating times and range of widgets. Be advised, most of these do not work! The probes worked once or twice before kicking the bucket. The ignition typically needs to be fired anywhere from 2-5 times if you’re cooking anything longer than 30min. It doesn’t heat up over 150 without heaping tons of lump coal on the grill - in direct contradiction of the user guide and one of the benefits of the grill. Small grill area makes for challenging use if you grill more than one meat/veg at a time. Bluetooth range is about 4 feet, so don’t even think about taking your phone off the grill stand if you want to maintain a cook time on the app. Overall it’s a sleek looking product but doesn’t work well, incredibly expensive, and I haven’t been able to get any customer support help. Wouldn’t recommend

Love the Product...just pray that you never need service.
It all started with an issue with the display, it was unevenly lit and had a "splotchy" appearance. In hindsight I really wish I would have just lived with it because it set me off on a fiasco that goes on to this day.For starters the service is contracted by a company called iTek so you're dealing with a third-party. Everdure mailed me the display, a week later iTek showed up to swap it out but it didn't fix anything. So the tech decided that the cable need to be changed.A couple of weeks later the part arrived. A week or so after that iTek shows up to install it. The trouble is he had to basically disassemble the entire thing and to say that he did a shoddy job of reassembling it is a gross understatement. I get the impression that he had no idea of what he was doing, got it "somewhat" together, and left.Since then it's been weeks of back and forth with the service department. I've told them that I will allow them the opportunity to get it put back together properly (although I doubt it will ever be the same) but that the technician who did it in the first place is not allowed to touch it. Everdure is telling me that (since it's a third-party) they can't dictate my terms to iTek and they are trying to send the same tech.I've told them to just come and get it and give me my money back. At this price point not only should you not have the issues I've had but the response should be swift and satisfactory. Save yourself the trouble and spend the same money on a grill that the manufacturer will stand behind. All I have to show for my trouble is an email thread 22 messages long and no resolution in sight.
